Dear all, I've finished my 3 months workout plan, slightly slack about 1-2 weeks to publish this up because I was having a bad fever few days ago, fever for 1-2 weeks... LOL! sorry for the delay. Well, just checked my body fat percentage few days ago. I'm kinda happy because I cut around 5-6% body fats and lost about 5-6kgs in 3 months time without having any "magic pills" at all!! YAY! It's all in a healthy way! Visit my other's Fitness post if you're interested to know more.
Guess what, I finally reached my goal of 45kg bodyweight! Never thought that I managed to reach this weight after high school. Now i know, Nothing is impossible! Along this way, I did felt like giving up, i felt demotivated, tired and stressed up too. But i'm really glad i had a motivator around me...Thanks to my personal trainer aka my boyfriend. He was there pushing, guiding and supporting me towards my goal and YES, I FINALLY MADE IT!! *no more eating like a dinosaur*
First, I changed my wall paper, from iPhone, iPad to Macbook, I followed a lot of motivating stuff in my instagram, twitter and FB, just let my timeline floated with all the motivations.
Whenever I felt boring with my routine, i will do some research to mix and match it with different workout. There's no such thing that "I did this and that yet no result", It's all about Perseverance and Consistency! If there's no result, try do something different, make it right.. make it happens!
The most important is to take a picture of you before, paste it beside your laptop, mirror, fridge, anyplace that might spoil you and you LIFE, LOL, always remind yourself that you're not gonna go back to that unhealthy, off shape, fat, lazy, and dreamless person! Bear in mind!
When you dropped all your excuses, There's where you will found results!
There's a quote saying....这世界上没有丑女人 ; 只有懒女人!!!
No such thing as in born to be fat, It's my gene to be fat, I'm weak, I'm busy, no strength, etc.
When there's a will, there's a WAY!! If you want it, work for it!
If you are not willing to put efforts, don't complain and blame. It's that simple :)
It's important to have a BALANCE DIET too!
I guess there's a lots of people neglect about this, if you just concern on workout and never care about having a balance diet, you might end up getting back on fat.

My concern is to be HEALTHY, I've received some message from my readers telling me that they wanted to lose weight but ended up commit to the hospital with some serious medication treats. And I had a friend in real life that having an imbalance diet, she's just 22 years old but her metabolic rate is 36years old...Can you imagine that? That's what i said, NEVER SKIP MEAL TO LOSE WEIGHT ! *Always remember, low metabolic rate makes your body to store fats more easily*
How to have a BALANCE DIET?? PLAN it well ahead of you!!
Although I'm not that crazy planner will plan everything for a month, but at least I will planned for what should I eat tomorrow. Most people fail because they don't know what to eat next or what should they eat! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. LOL!
Normally, I calculated all my 5 meals' calories consumption amount to make sure I'm before the red light. If I know that I'm busy on the next day, I'll spend some time to prepare my lunch and snacks to eat. It's all about planning. Plan well, EAT WELL. That's it, no excuses :)
Always remember,
Workout + Balance Diet = Healthy Life and Good Shape
If you can do both and manage it well, I'm sure YOU can MAKE IT!!
Seriously, Losing weight is easy, gaining muscles is tough! I'm working hard on it now. Just recover form my sick, trying to get myself back to the track! WORK HARD! I don't wanna be skinny, i wanna be FIT !! I'm not gonna stop working out and I'm setting a tougher goal - Gain my ABS muscles!!

For those who already started, KEEP GOING!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT !!!

ReplyDelete17% body fat?? That's like the body fat on an athlete omg - a very athletic athlete. If you keep it up I scared it'll pose a threat to your health really. 17% is the minimum % needed for a woman to be able to ovulate, have a period, get pregnant. Personally I would have been VERY happy with 22% body fat and visceral fat index of 1...when you were before. I wouldn't call that as fat, in fact that's my target goal. Visceral fat index of 1 means you're super super healthy already and really you dont need diet hahaha. But if you still want abs I suggest you start doing loads of crunches and planks and focus on building your muscles because your fats are really really low already. Nice post!!.. i guess u should stop the cardio and hit the weights.. gain more weight/muscle and in the mean time lose fat%.. Lay off the cardio machines.. they kill.. :).. btw keep up the good work.. hopping to see you in a better shape soon.
